I’m David Lim, co-founder of Maya David.
You might know me from the TV series S.W.A.T., but off-screen, I’ve poured my heart into building this brand alongside my wife, Marketa.
Travel has always shaped what we create — from wandering the ancient streets of Rome, to getting lost in Tokyo, to slowing down in the Czech countryside. These places, and the stories they carry, inspire how we design each piece.
Maya David isn’t just about jewelry. It’s about meaning. It’s about creating something you can live in — pieces made with intention, love, and lasting materials. The kind you’ll reach for every day and carry with you for years.

Love the jade bracelet I ordered to stack with my red tiger eye. Even though I ordered the small size it was noticeably bigger than my last purchase. It doesn’t fall off but I can roll it right on/off my wrist. Maybe the last one was only 7”? Either way.. I can’t wait to save and order another stone for myself or as a gift. When I first went to the Maya David site, there were so many good looking bracelets to choose from, I couldn’t make up my mind. Then I saw this Edge of Love bracelet and knew this was the one I wanted. It has a bunch of beautiful different stones in it, making it really versatile and something I can easily stack with other bracelets. As a matter of fact, since buying this bracelet, I’ve added the African Jade bracelet and the two pair together nicely!
This was the second Maya David piece I’ve bought as a gift for my wife and just like the first, it did not fail to put a bright, big smile on her face when she opened the carefully curated green gift box. It somehow manages to be simple and special at the same time—making it a versatile piece of jewelry that my wife doesn’t take off and can be worn anywhere.
This jade bracelet is my go-to piece for any occassion! At first I wanted to baby it and save it for special occasions, but it looks just as good stacked with my Edge of Love bracelet and a t-shirt on a weekend as it does peaking out from under the cuff of a classy button-up for dinner with the wife.

I recently purchased the Tiger’s Eye bracelet, and I can confidently say it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The quality of the beads is outstanding, far better to pieces I’ve bought from other so-called “luxury brands.” Each bead has a richness and depth that truly stands out, the natural banding of the Tiger’s Eye looks incredible when it catches the light.
The craftsmanship is unmatched. The Maya David Signature Bead adds a nice touch, and the sterling silver clasp feels really secure. Compared to other bracelets I own, the attention to detail and durability of this piece is on another level.
On top of the bracelet itself, the shipping was impressively quick. From order to arrival, the process was seamless, which only added to the experience.
